GDC, Ltd., formed by Gary Gilmore and Barry Davis, is a Dallas-based real estate development firm. Together we have 50 years of combined industry experience and have consummated over 5,000,000 square feet of build to suits and/or leases.

  • 35 Subway Stores in Waco, Texas, Fort Worth, Texas and McKinney, Texas.

  • Vista Pointe Salon, a 35 unit Salon and Day Spa, Lewisville, Texas.

  • OfficeMax, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. 23,500 S.F. freestanding Office Max store on the pad of Clover Leaf Mall. Completed in July 1999. 100% leased. Sold in April 2008.

  • Vista Creek Shopping Center, Lewisville, Texas. 21,000 S.F. strip center in Lewisville, Texas. Completed November 2000. 100% leased. Sold in February 2008.

  • Taco Bueno ground lease, Lewisville, Texas. Completed 2005. Sold in February 2006.

  • River Gardens Subdivision, 109 lots in Fort Worth, Texas. Sold in October 2005.

  • Vista Pointe, 12.5 Acre Retail Land development in Lewisville, Texas. 15,000 S. F. shopping center, completed in September 2002. 100% leased. Sold in July 2004.

  • Walk II, Shreveport Louisiana. 29,000 S.F. Shopping Center, Tenants include PETCO and PARTY CITY. Completed in November 1998. Sold in April 2004.

  • Stemmons Manana Business Park, 46,000 S. F. office warehouse project, Dallas, Texas. Completed August 2002. 100% leased. Sold in July 2003.

  • Staples build-to-suit and ground lease to Applebee’s Restaurant, Lake Worth, Texas. Completed March 2001. 100% leased. Sold in March 2002.

  • OfficeMax, Abilene Texas. 23,500 S.F. freestanding OfficeMax store across from the Abilene Mall. Completed in August 1998. Sold in November 2000.

  • Viscount Village, El Paso, Texas. 110,000 S.F. Shopping Center. Tenants include Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, CompUSA, and Mattress Firm. Completed in December 1995. Sold in March 2000.

  • Bayou Walk Shopping Center, Shreveport Louisiana. 175,000 S.F. Shopping center. Tenants include Kroger, Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax, Old Navy Clothing Company, Hollywood Video, Chili’s, and On the Border. Completed August 1997 and sold October 1997.

    West Marine, Corpus Christi, Texas. 6,000 S.F. freestanding West Marine store. Completed in March 1997 and sold April 1997.

Brokerage

  • Negotiated Joint-Venture arrangement between Dal Mac Investments & E-Systems Pension Plan for development of approximately 1,000,000 S.F. of retail space across from Vista Ridge Mall, Lewisville, Texas. We were responsible for all site planning and tenant/buyer negotiations. The first center, Vista Ridge Village, features Target, Circuit City, Linens & Things, Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax, Old Navy Clothing Company, Oshman's, CompUSA and Cinemark. The center was completed in 1995 and subsequently sold to RREEF. The Shops at Vista Ridge is 75,000 S.F. and consists of Talbot's, Balley's Fitness, A T & T and Jason’s Deli. The 220,000 S.F. Vista Ridge Plaza includes Babies R Us, Home Place and Drug Emporium. Both centers were sold to Kimco Realty.

  • Represented Office Max, Venture Stores, West Marine and GNC throughout the South West.
